Nectar AI Hands-On Review
First Impressions
The first time I landed on the Nectar AI homepage i felt like this AI girlfriend platform might have been built by Jonny Sins himself. Smoking hot AI girls and roleplay scenarios like ‘Mommy’ and ‘Yoga teacher gives private lesson’ makes you feel like the protagonist in an X-rated movie.
Don’t worry though, the NSFW is hidden by default unless you login and turn it on. So if you accidentally open the app in church you are not cooked.
Meeting the AI Girlfriends
Nectar AI has thousands of AI girlfriends and fantasies. The vast majority of AI girlfriends are created by fellow community members which can be a drawback if the platform has inexperienced creators that spam out low quality bots.
Nectar AI is nothing like that.
The platform has some of the most talented bot creators I’ve seen in my entire life. You’ll find unique characters; each one has a unique personality.
That said, the platform is dominated by so if you are looking for a realistic looking AI girlfriend to chat with I recommend using the filters at the top.
Aside from the standard AI characters the platform has a couple hundreds scenarios which they call Fantasies.
Fantasies are different then regular companions because they kick off in a certain scenario.
Take Miss. Harper for example, she is a university professor and you can roleplay as one of her students having a sexual relationship with her.
The cool thing is that a lot of fantasies have multiple scenarios. Miss Harper, has three in total. In the first one you are a regular student who gets detention. Miss. Harper starts flirting with you and after that.. Well, i guess you can fill in the blanks yourself.
The second scenario kicks off where the secret is slowly unfolding and fellow students and teachers are finding out wanting in on the action.
The last scenario is where the Dean himself figured out what’s going on and is about to expel you. You’ll need to find some dirt on him to save your academic future.
Chat and NSFW Roleplay
The chat itself is hyper realistic. Expect long,detailed responses that actually feel like they came from a real girl. And even if long responses isn’t your style, Nectar AI allows you to adjust the writing style.
If you click on the settings and go to the writing style tab you can literally tell your AI girlfriend to use internet slang or talk in a specific way.
Its an extremely helpful feature that unfortunately, not many AI girlfriend apps have. Most AI girlfriend app like Candy AI or Oudream AI allow you to customize the texting style of AI girlfriends created by you but not from other creators.
Aside from that, you can also select from various ’s. Deepseek V4 is great at giving in-depth responses. If you want something that gives more unique responses and really pushes the conversation forward i recommend using Orchid.
Unfortunately, its only available for Ultimate subscribers.
The last standout thing about Nectar AI’s chat is definitely the opening message. Going back to Miss. Harper, the chat immediately kicks off with a sexy video of Miss. Harper sitting at her desk.

It even got the snapchat text overlay which gives the impression the video is shot on an iPhone by an actual student.
Images, Videos and Voice
The image quality of Nectar AI is good but it depends on the generator that you pick. The Nectar base model is average at best. The resolution is low, and the is not good.
The Ultimate model is a lot more detailed.
Prompt: chilling On the beach, wearing a bodysuit, curvy woman, wet body, golden hour, high resolution
In the images above you can clearly see the difference in quality. The Ultimate model generated a more accurate image where the woman is actually ‘chilling’ while the base model generated a cinematic one. The ultimate model also added a lot more details like the wet body I asked for.
If you want an AI girlfriend app where image quality is a priority then I recommend subscribing to the Ultimate plan because the base model which comes with Pro and Premium will most likely disappoint you.
The video quality of Nectar AI is also pretty good, but again, you’ll need to subscribe to the Ultimate plan in order to use it.
What It Really Costs
At the time of writing this Nectar AI review, it’s one of the only platforms we’ve tested that actually costs what it advertises.
Nectar AI’s Ultimate subscription comes with unlimited images and messages, plus a ton of for generating videos. Even if you’re a power user, you’ll most likely struggle to burn through your monthly credit allowance.
If you’re on the Pro or Premium plan, make sure you understand the limitations before signing up. These plans don’t include the or unlimited messages. That said, even the Pro and Premium plans don’t hit you with aggressive upsells.
My Final Take
Nectar AI offers insane value for the price. The roleplay, characters, customization, and generators are all on point, and the Ultimate plan gives you unlimited access to many of these features for just $34.99.
It’s also a genuinely unique platform instead of another Candy AI copycat. Nectar AI is definitely worth buying.
