PersonalityTesting methodology

Personality measures how much control you get over who your custom AI girlfriend is.

Two characters can look completely different but still feel almost the same when they share the same interests, relationship style, voice, and personality. We check whether the creator gives you enough options to build someone who actually feels different.

Basic personality presets are tested under Appearance because they are part of the first character-creation screen. This page looks at the deeper options used to shape the character.

  • 6 evidence groups
  • 6 scored tests

Personality is organized into 6 evidence groups. Each group contains one scored test: Traits, Interests, Relationship, Role, Voice, and Kink Options.

Every scored test gets a score from 0 to 10.

Some tests count slightly more than others. We multiply every test score by how much it counts and then add the points together. Personality makes up of the Customization score.

How the score is calculated

  1. Each test gets a score from 0–10

  2. Test score × how much it counts

    Example: 8 × 18.28% = 1.46 points

  3. We do this for every test

  4. We add all the points together

  5. Final Personality score

    Counts for 33% of Customization

Example calculation

We multiply each test score by how much it counts. We then add all the points together.

Special cases

Not Applicable

If a test does not apply, we remove it and spread its weight across the remaining tests.

Unknown

If we cannot verify a result, the test receives a score of 0.

Manual adjustment

In rare cases, we may adjust a score when the calculated result is clearly unfair. We always record the reason.

Looks are only one part of creating an AI girlfriend.

You may want someone who is shy, confident, romantic, bratty, dominant, funny, or interested in the same things as you. You may also want to choose the type of relationship, her job or background, and the voice she uses.

Without these options, custom characters can still feel repetitive. You may create someone with a completely different appearance, but the conversation can feel almost identical to the last character you made.

A strong personality creator gives you enough choices to create someone who fits the type of relationship and experience you actually want.

We use a paid account and open the full character creator.

We count every selectable personality trait, interest or hobby, relationship or chat style, role or occupation, voice, and kink or intimacy preference.

We also record how many traits can be selected for one character.

For Interests and Role, we check whether you can write your own option instead of only choosing from presets.

For Voice, we test three options to make sure they sound noticeably different. We also record whether voice previews are available.

We complete these checks during the same Personality and Voice testing session.

More options do not always mean more control. An app may list 40 traits that are mostly small variations of the same idea. Another app may have fewer presets but let you write a detailed custom personality.

Some choices may also be connected. Selecting one relationship type may remove certain traits, roles, or kink options.

The score is mainly based on the selectable options in the creator. Custom text prompts are tested separately under Control.

Voice quality is also separate from the number of voices. This test checks how many voice choices are available and whether they sound different. The quality of voice messages and calls is tested elsewhere.

Character creators change regularly. Our results show what was available through the paid test account on the recorded test date.
