If you thought bit couldn’t get any worse than this then fasten your seatbelt because their terms of service is a dumpster fire. 🔥
According to Crushon AI’s Terms of Service (TOU) they are allowed to discontinue the app without even noticing you.
“We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any portion of the Service), temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to You, and are not obligated to support or update the Service”2
Imagine you just dropped $358.80 on a yearly subscription, only to discover they’re closing shop the very next day to chase their dreams of permanent beach lounging. And guess what? No refund!
To make matters worse, their Terms of Use allow them to change policies at a whim without notifying you. So, you could be reading their terms on a Tuesday, and by Wednesday, it’s a whole new ballgame.
Literally every company on planet Earth sends email notifications whenever they change their privacy policy or terms of usage so why doesn’t Crushon AI do this? What do they have to hide? It’s a huge red flag. 🚩
Is Crushon AI Safe to Pay?
In short, Crushon AI is not safe for payments. While the company claims to provide full encryption during transactions, many users report that they don’t deliver on this promise. Here are some common complaints about Crushon AI:

No, you are wrong. Crushon AI has the WORSED customer reviews out of all the AI girlfriend apps I’ve reviewed.
Having bad reviews is a bad thing on its own but what’s even worse is that they are from the official Crushon AI Reddit forum and the developers didn’t even bother to respond to the complaints.
Crushon AI Bank Statement
Unfortunately, Crushon AI does not offer billing discretion and will therefore show up as Crushon AI in your bank statement.
Crushon AI doesn’t have as much NSFW on the front end as apps like GirlfriendGPT or other NSFW Character AI alternatives so I guess that’s why they don’t bother to offer billing discretion.
Still, it’s something you should keep in mind if you decide to pay for Crushon AI.
Crushon AI Scam Alert: What To Do Now??
Some Crushon AI users I talked to mentioned that their credit cards got declined and that their bank sent a message with a scam alert.
Besides the fact that Crushon AI is not safe to pay, there’s no evidence suggesting that Crushon AI is a scam. This is a common issue in the NSFW AI chatbot niche. In fact, even market leaders like Candy AI and SpicyChat AI struggle with these issues.
If this happens to you, I recommend contacting your bank and telling them it’s not a scam.
